An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Warehouse / Spa Supervisor** to join the Decina Bathroomware team in Dandenong South, Victoria.

As the Warehouse / Spa Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and spa production facility, ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfilment, and the smooth running of all warehousing and production activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the warehouse and spa production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product storage to optimise warehouse space and minimise wastage
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring strict quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
- Analyse and report on warehouse and production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues or queries
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse and production processes and procedures
- Provide training and development opportunities for the warehouse and spa production teams
- Ensure a safe and positive work environment, adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in the plumbing or bathroom products industry
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software
- Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
