**About the role**
We're looking for a Demand Planner who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Support category management initiatives including NPD, discontinuation and category range reviews
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and continuously evaluate forecast results to improve accuracy and eliminate bias
- Build the consensus demand plan incorporating historical analysis & market insight gathered in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team
- Monitor ANZ level inventory health to ensure efficiency and to control trade working capital utilization is optimized
- Lead and participate in cross-functional development of forecast improvement processes, tools, and system
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of demonstratable experience in Demand Planning preferably in manufacturing/wholesale/FMCG environment
- Working knowledge of SAP. Exposure to Demand Planning using SAP IBP will be an advantage
- Experience in working with large sets of data, proficiency with data analytics, statistics and forecasting
- Solid understanding of S&OP process, supply & inventory management practices and procedures
