We're a small but passionate team building something special, and we need a **Social Media Manager** who can help us bring our brand to life online. This is a hybrid role — meaning you’ll work mostly from home, but we’ll need you to come in **2-4 times per week** for filming, shoots, and creating magic with the team. **What You’ll Do** - Plan and execute creative content strategies for **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok**: - Film, edit, and schedule high-performing content that people _actually_ want to see - Collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life — from shoot days to launch day - Monitor social trends, hashtags, and pop culture moments (we want to be part of the convo, not behind it) - Reply to comments, DMs, and build a community, not just a follower count - Track performance, learn from it, and tweak strategies for better reach and engagement - Be on-site 2-4x a week for media creation, content planning, and good vibes **Who You Are** - You live and breathe **social media** — especially **TikTok** and **Instagram Reels**: - You’re skilled in content creation: filming, editing (CapCut, Adobe, Canva - you name it), and writing captions that sound _human_ - You’re confident showing up on-site, taking initiative, and managing your own time - You understand analytics and how to turn insights into better content - You’re fun to work with, full of ideas, and bring a "let’s try it" attitude - Experience in food/hospitality is a **plus**, but not a dealbreaker - Bonus points if you’ve managed brand socials before or have a killer portfolio **What’s in it for You?** - Paid under the **Australian Award Wage** (Part-time/Casual rates) - Real creative freedom — we _want_ your ideas - Build your portfolio with a brand that’s open to experimentation - Flexible hours + fun in-person sessions - Be part of a growing business with plenty of personality **How to Apply** **Send us**: - A quick note telling us why you’d vibe this gig - Your portfolio or IG/TikTok accounts you’ve worked on (we love to see your flavor if you have any) - Anything else that shows your creativity (video sample? meme you made go viral?
