Anytime Fitness Hoppers Crossing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Club Manager to drive our team to success and ensure our members have the best possible experience every time they walk through our doors of our newly renovated club.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an outgoing, people-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. Our team is close-knit and selective – we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and is ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with both potential and current members.
  • Oversee a team of Personal Trainers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively generate new sales leads.
  • Foster a positive club culture with a strong emphasis on member appreciation.
  • Ensure the club maintains the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • The ability to lead and work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Experience in a customer service or management role (experience in retail or similar sectors is a plus).
  • Proficiency in computer use and social media platforms.
  • An interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle – you don't need to be an athlete, but you should be able to inspire others.
