Position Summary:

- Showcase your brilliance, performing unique services that are tailored to client requirements
- Work closely with different departments to maximise all potential business leads
- Be the “face of the hotel” and deliver service excellence through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
- Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation, reservations and dry cleaning
- Manage your Concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner

About You:

- A current driver’s license
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
