Paradise Motors (est.1956), now Paradise Mazda, is proudly family-owned and has been operating as one of South Australia's most awarded Mazda dealers for over 42 years. The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time
Drive Way Concierge
to join our successful service team at Paradise Mazda. If you are a team focused individual with a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a close-knit and family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers on arrival

  • Checking customers vehicle in with service advisors

  • Tagging and moving vehicle to waiting bays

  • Dropping off customers - when required

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work place

  • Ensure all procedures are adhered to when handling customer vehicles

  • Assisting in the car wash - when required

  • Ad hoc duties as instructed by management

You will be great in this role because:

  • You have highly developed organisational and time management skills

  • Strong commitment and dedication towards customer service and satisfaction

  • You have the ability to work in a team environment

  • Current driver's licence

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles

  • Professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic and able to communicate well

Other Desirable Skills (not necessarily required)

  • Concierge experience
