We are excited to announce an opportunity for a **Cluster Junior IT Specialist** to join our dedicated Brisbane Cluster IT team.

**Role Overview**:
As the **Cluster Junior IT Specialist,**you are a Brisbane cluster IT Team member, responsible for all technology implementation, maintenance and support for our Brisbane properties. You will contribute knowledge and skill in technology and general hospitality business knowledge to support assigned properties and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to conduct IT activities
- Monitor and manage the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems
- Ensure that computer and network operations occur according to procedures
- Ensure backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis
- Generate system communications for property users to provide user tips, alert users of system problems and inform staff of progress or status

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary education in Information Technology
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server Operating System and Active Directory, IT resources, LAN Networks, Desktop Operating IT and Desktop Management (GPO)
- Keen ability to learn and develop
- Excellent communication abilities
- Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward system challenges
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
