As a Component Supply Chain Coordinator / Buyer, you will manage the end-to-end operations of aircraft parts supply, ensuring every step is actively followed up. This includes forecasting, monitoring demand, coordinating procurement and delivery, resolving supply issues, handling urgent requests, and maintaining accurate records to support operational priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the development of component forecasts
- Executing inventory plans and managing end-to-end supply chain activities
- Monitoring system reports and resolving supply issues
- Managing urgent part requests and maintaining accurate procurement records
- Participating in supply-chain improvement projects

You’ll have:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, preferably in planning, purchasing or repairs
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or logistics discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP Systems
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer focused and ability to build constructive and effective relationships
- Ability to positively influence others in the achievement of operational objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and influence outcomes
- Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
- Aviation industry experience (desirable)
