Join a health & beauty business based in South Sydney as their supply chain coordinator on a permanent basis, gaining a position in a fast-paced, growing company in a booming industry with opportunity for career progression.

**Your new role**

In your new role as supply chain coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Management of all inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and out of stocks are avoided, and supporting the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to optimise stock levels.
- Coordination of logistics and tracking of POs, from ordering and manufacturing, through to organisation of international & domestic transport and receipt of stock into the distribution centre.
- Collaboration with vendors/suppliers to ensure production quality, anticipate and fulfil future requirements, ensure DIFOT and organise transport.
- Identification of process improvement opportunities within the supply chain function, creation of production schedules, and upkeep of the bill of materials.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong systems skills, with ERP systems knowledge and excellent grasp of MS Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge across inventory management, logistics, warehousing and purchasing.
- Time management skills, excellent communication abilities both written and verbal, a team player’s mentality.
