**Our clients** are a growing apparel brand with a range of sustainable and innovative products are making a difference to the lives of thousands of people across Australia and beyond. As a result of their continued success, they have created a new role of Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to be based out of their Western Sydney office.

**The role **will involve working with the Supply Chain and Logistics Lead to work with and manage 3PL performance, which includes identifying continuous improvement opportunities regarding costs and ensuring high levels of customer service. You will also work with Freight Forwarders to address any issues surrounding HS codes and getting garments classified.

**Success Profile**:We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced industry (ideally Fashion/Pharma/FMCG). You will need to be a great communicator as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders, both internally & externally. A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset is a must with a will to learn, develop and grow within the business. You will need to be switched on and confident enough to identify better ways of conducting processes and be influential in facilitating change.
