Your new company is an Australian health food business. They have an opportunity available for a Supply Chain Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for product management and providing support to the purchasing manager. Your duties will include:

- Assisting the production manager with forecasts of finished goods and packaging components.
- Assisting in inventory management through regular stock takes, tracking inventory, maintaining records, creating stock item codes, bills of material, and work orders.
- Providing end-to-end support in the logistics process by placing orders, following up with orders in transit, receiving orders, and providing storage documentation to the warehouse.
- Liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- As a successful supply chain associate, you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have a passion for analytics and planning, as well as the following:

- 1+ years of experience working in a similar logistics/supply chain role
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the proven ability to achieve results independently and within a small team.
