This highly regarded and well-established DVA service provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support a dedicated team of Rehabilitation Consultants and contractors. You will be responsible for overseeing activities and performance of the team to continue delivering an exceptional service to clients & DVA, positively contribute to the great team culture, and build relationships with external stakeholders.

You will be a positive and experienced Allied Health professional who genuinely enjoys championing their staff to deliver exceptional service and build cohesive relationships with all stakeholders.

**The role will involve**:

- Overseeing the performance and technical quality of a team of rehabilitation consultants and contractors.
- Conduct induction of new staff as well as ongoing mentoring and training of your team.
- Ensure your team adheres to service provision & quality assurance processes
- Lead your team to meet individual targets as well as billable targets.
- Oversee file transfers when required.
- Build existing & develop new relationships with external stakeholders
- Contribute to business development endeavors.
- Case management of a small number of cases.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership
- AHPRA, ASORC etc)
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience with leadership experience.
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
- Ability to influence and contribute to a great team culture.
