This growing national provider seeks a motivated and passionate Brisbane Manager, based in their Brisbane office, to lead a team, manage valued customer relationships & help grow the business. You will be a motivated and team-spirited Allied Health Professional, with a proven track record of managing staff, providing high level customer service and thinking strategically around business growth and development. You will be based from the Brisbane offices and will support a busy and expanding multidisciplinary team locally in addition to managing a South Brisbane team. The team provide a full range of Occupational Rehab services in Worker’s compensation, CTP & DVA schemes. Staff work to quality outcomes carrying an average caseload of 20 files allowing for client care and high levels of service. You will provide leadership, mentoring and QA to these staff as part of your role.

**The role**:

- Support staff development & improvement
- Establish & manage valued customer relationships
- Strategically compile & implement marketing & business growth initiatives.
- Complex case management when required
- Liaise professionally with management and external parties.

**You will come to the role with the following skills**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- AHPRA registration ASORC or ESSA membership
- Outstanding customer service skills with a confidence to liaise with high end customers
- Excellent leadership skill set and team health focus
- Occupational Rehabilitation /Injury Management experience
- High level reporting skills
- A positive, professional and friendly manner
