**About the Position**:
As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership and mentorship to a dynamic team of 8-10 consultants, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors. This role demands a proactive approach in leading strategic file reviews, achieving team targets, and delivering outstanding service outcomes. Additionally, you will be instrumental in networking and enhancing relationships with key clients, leveraging your expertise to drive the growth and success of your team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, preferably with experience managing a team.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving prowess and initiative in driving outcomes.
- Ability to expand services and strengthen key client relationships.
- Possession of a current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
