**disability providers** for the appointment of a Team Leader for their
**Brisbane** portfolio. Our client provides services to clients experiencing illness, injury, or disability and can support in the following areas: Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Multiple sclerosis, Motor neurone disease, Guilliain-Barre syndrome, Neurological conditions, Orthopaedic conditions, Musculoskeletal conditions, Brain injury, Spinal cord injury, Post spinal surgery, Post neurosurgery.

**What is required as the successful Team Leader**:

- Tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social work, Counselling, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology)
- Previous experience within a supervising /leadership role
- Previous experience across the disability/NDIS sector
- Previous experience within WHS/Workplace Injury management or rehabilitation
- Australian Drivers License
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Working with children check (or willing to obtain)

**And finally, what does a typical week look like in this role**:

- Ensuring your team is delivering goal centred plans and progress is being recorded against their goals.
- Assist executive management with Allied Health customer acquisition and retention by liaising with identified partners
- Promote a range of services offered
- Supporting and mentoring your team
- Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain a suitable clinical load, to ensure recency of practice and knowledge
- Work within and support the leadership team
to achieve growth goals and improve brand awareness
