**Procurement Manager (12 Month Fixed Term)**

THE ICONIC Finance Team consists of Financial Reporting (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Reporting and Control etc), Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk and Procurement. As trusted business partners, we support all teams across THE ICONIC to execute the business strategy, drive growth and shareholder value and minimise risk, enabling THE ICONIC to continue to deliver a seamless and inspiring experience to our customers.

**What's involved**

The Procurement Manager is responsible to provide leadership and support to the procurement team and establish connections between business need, strategic sourcing and savings.
- Lead transformational activities to build procurement function capabilities and improve procurement efficiency
- Create an implement procurement strategies that are innovate and cost-effective and best practice
- Create and implement process and procedures to aid and improve business performance
- Evaluate and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals
- Provide procurement support and guidance to stakeholders
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce operational costs and improve effectiveness
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports

**About you**
- You will be an enthusiastic procurement professional with significant experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officers or Head of Procurement
- Preferably a Fellow or Member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
- Experience of leadership
- In-depth knowledge of procurement process and procedures, sourcing, procurement strategy, contract law, principles of negotiation, research and
market analysis techniques, contract development and administration
- Experience of continuous improvement of business processes and procedures
- Muti tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operating and influencing at a strategic level
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to initiate, establish and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
