**About the role...**
We are looking for an experienced and successful Territory Manager to join our fantastic sales team predominately in the Newcastle/Central Coast area with once a quarter country trips to Coffs Harbour and Tamworth
Reporting to the State Manager of the sales team based in Smithfield, your focus will be on building strong customer relationships while demonstrating exceptional sales and customer service skills within a strong team environment.
- Deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan - delivering upon the short
- and longer-term objectives.
- Understand our values, our customer service proposition, and our ability to deliver our customers exceptional added value, to educate and inform customers and stakeholders of these benefits.
- Maintain KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
- The ability to grow sales in an exciting and customer-focused business, where your experience and ideas are valued and encouraged.
- To be supported by a team of like-minded professionals - with a shared vision.
