**Telesales Manager** will be responsible for the supervision of daily sales, and personnel, leading by example, facilitating the team to exceed sales targets. You will also ensure that technology is utilised to a maximum and that staff are well-organised, positive and productive. An understanding of Salesforce is a plus but not essential. Salesforce is the backbone of our business. Coaching, training, and motivating a team is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement measures to ensure the telesales team have the structure to succeed
- Ensure all telesales team members (10+ Telesales agents) are enabled and prepared to hit targets by owning initial onboarding and ongoing training & coaching
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to get a handle on the ‘bigger picture’ business strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Experience within a Telesales Manager role ideally in a Digital Marketing category (e.g. Relationship building with Operations, Leading Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals, dialler systems, etc)
- Solid telesales experience, with a demonstrable record of success.
- Experience in building and leading a sales team.
- Must be a positive motivating manager in style
- Experience of devising and delivering sales training, and very strong coaching skills and techniques
- Good knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer journey alignment
- Heavily driven by the data, able to easily communicate the picture on a daily basis, with an eagerness to demonstrate to senior management what your team are achieving and how you’re developing the service
**Who We’re Looking For**:
Someone with the above requirements, plus:
- **Native English** speaker. Other European language skills are welcome but not essential
- Clear communicator, both verbal and written
- Organised and structured
- A natural leader with an abundance of energy
- Able to deliver constructive (and at times tough) feedback
- Empathetic and an enthusiastic motivator
