**Your Impact**

As Project Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering consumer-first, best-in-class campaigns across Asahi’s iconic brand portfolio. You’ll manage projects from idea to execution, ensuring creativity, collaboration and excellence at every step. Working with brand partners, SMEs and agency partners, your leadership will drive outcomes that strengthen connection with consumers and deliver measurable impact.

1House is our internal marketing agency. We bring together creators, strategists, media minds and producers as one connected team. We make bold, effective work for brands like Great Northern, Solo, Schweppes, and Vodka Cruiser. Our job is to raise the bar on creative thinking and marketing performance every brief, every time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day management and delivery of projects across a portfolio of iconic brands
- Manage the full project lifecycle from briefing, creative development, production, implementation to post-campaign analysis
- Ensure outputs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and strategic standard
- Partner with internal brand teams, SMEs, and agency village partners to create integrated, consumer-first campaigns
- Run workflow, resource planning, and WIPs using tools like Asana to prioritise projects and manage capacity
- Identify and resolve project obstacles quickly while keeping stakeholders aligned
- Build trusted relationships and foster collaboration across the 1House team and wider business

**About You**:

- Experienced in media, brand marketing, or integrated creative agencies (Account Manager/Senior Account Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of social and digital media landscapes, and the integrated production process
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects with agility and precision
- Exceptional relationship-builder who can balance creativity with accountability
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a problem-solving mindset
- Passionate about iconic brands, consumer-first communications, and driving creative excellence
- Comfortable influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
