**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Lead to join our team and lead the successful delivery of client projects from initiation to completion.

As the Project Lead, you will manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects across UX/UI, content, web development and campaigns. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and exceed client expectations.

You will manage day-to-day project operations, hands-on with planning, tracking and communication.

This is a great role for someone with a strong digital background, preferably within a digital agency environment, who enjoys both strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple digital projects from scoping to delivery across UX/UI, content, web development and digital marketing streams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, strategy, content, marketing) to align resources and project priorities.
- Create and manage project plans, coordinate tasks, timelines and resource across cross-functional teams.
- Identify project risks and issues, proactively resolving or escalating as needed
- Facilitate internal standups, status updates and client meetings
- Drive delivery excellence by monitoring project performance and optimizing processes
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement across the project delivery function

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of websites, digital products or integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital design and development processes (CMS, UX/UI, front-end/back-end workflows)
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Familiar with project management tools e.g. Jira, Zoho or Miro
- Familiar to CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal or Magento
- Background in digital marketing, content strategy or UX/UI is beneficial
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on accountability and results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
