**Role Overview**

Due to continued success, the team is looking to expand their Sales Support team. This role will be an evolving one, where professional development to advance your career will be highly endorsed and supported by management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the BDMs
- Manage a healthy pipeline of incoming loan submissions
- Check and verify documentation
- Complete pre-Credit checks and review serviceability
- Prepare submission for the Credit team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 6-12 months' experience within Banking & Financial Services
- Experience in short-term property finance is essential
- Previous experience within Credit is highly advantageous
- The ability to work in a KPI driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow in the Lending industry
- Team focused with a positive attitude
- Superior communication skills; written and verbal
