**About the role**
- The role is a critical role in the growing UGL Wireless business, responsible for overseeing strategic decision of an SAED project and property, planning and design activities. The role combines technical expertise with leadership and decision making skills.

**About You**

In addition to continuously looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes, the following qualifications, education, and personal traits will be highly regarded:

- Bachelors Degree in one of the following courses (or equivalent) is considered favourable but not required; Telecommunications, Town Planning, Property, or Engineering.
- Proven Experience as an SAED Manager or equivalent role, 3+ years.
- Experience in a project start up environment is favourable.
- Strong understanding of wireless greenfield deployment.
- Experience as a people manager.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effective in a team environment and promote positive behaviours.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes.

Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills.
