About the Role

ServiceStream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a SAED Program Manager to join our growing company. You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing projects from the business development stage through to implementation and completion

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Brisbane

Reporting Line: Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Acquisition & Design of base stations as part of large-scale Greenfields deployment projects.
- Close liaison and reporting to clients, management and other stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAED Managers and their relevant pods
- Drive the SAED team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets agreed with the clients
- Budgeting and forecasting to required levels of accuracy
- Ensure that you are able to articulate the Critical Path Items towards the delivery end milestones.
- Ensure that you are able to communicate the project goals and current status of work.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure delivery as per client’s requirements
- This role will be accountable for ensuring that the SAED project is delivered on time, budget and to the required quality, all in accordance with the clients policies, procedures and values
- Accountable to the client and to the business for the high level performance of the project nationally.
- Ensure all deadlines regarding the completion of the project are met and communicated to the stakeholders.
- Attend and lead SAED meetings with the customers
- Problem solve SAED-Build issues as they arise on sites
- Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources necessary to meet the delivery objectives of the project.
- Thoroughly understand all client Head Contract objectives and obligations (including: time, quality, price, KPI and process management) to ensure they are fully administered and implemented by all team members.
- Maximise existing business relationships by identifying further opportunities to grow existing business.
- Communicate relevant company information and business objectives to direct reports enabling them to effectively carry out their functions.
- Assist staff with training “on the job” as required and one on one coaching.
- Adopt proactive and responsive customer service attitude and maintain a good working relationship with clients.

About You
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Planning or Property related discipline
- Demonstrated major project experience, minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants, and clients
- Significant experience in managing Wireless telecommunication SAED rollout projects end to end.
- Strong technical and project deployment rollout experience in SAED, ideally Greenfields
- Strong understanding of Wireless telco Design, Property, Planning and Quality Assurance
- Solid working knowledge of Occupation Health and Safety.
- Best practise site deployment methodologies
- Excellent client management Skills
- Commercial Acumen and problem solving skills
