Product Specialist

About the Role:
The Product Specialist supports the Product Lead to deliver the Retail Strategy and assist the Energy Product/Solutions for Momentum’s customers - including residential customers, small to medium enterprise customers and Corporate and Industrial customers
Your Key Activities Will Include:
- Product Development & Maintenance which includes collaborating with the Product Lead on product ideation and experimentation.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and scale new energy products.
- Conducting market research on new energy products and technologies.
- Configuring and testing products, and triaging product issues and incidents.
- Initiatives Development such as engaging with Value Streams to assist with product initiatives and testing.
- Configuring products and coordinating stakeholders during build and testing phases.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance where you will be maintaining all aspects of Energy Solutions Products to ensure compliance obligations are met.
- Supporting the team on compliance and regulatory change implementation
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues with core products and product features
About you and Your Experience:
- Experience working in a Product Team in an Agile environment
- An interest and passion in renewable energy,
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills (both in conversation and in writing) to ensure information is effectively communicated to key stakeholders,
- Active engagement in Marketing, Digital and Sales practices,
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to utilise appropriate data to drive decision making,
- Technically minded and able to investigate and understand complex system solutions and align with business and customer needs
- Ability to analyse problems and deliver innovative solutions,
- The ability to identify opportunities within the surrounding environment and action initiatives in a timely manner.
- A demonstrated willingness to take initiative and ownership of work to drive an outcome
