We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced** Product Marketing Specialist** to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

**About the role**:
The **Product Marketing Specialist** is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives and the organisation's product strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling product positioning across all customer-facing materials. Working closely with the product management, sales, and design teams, you will lead the creation of product content and collateral to launch, promote, and strengthen Rinnai's market presence.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- ** Product Positioning & Messaging**, develop unique selling propositions and core product messages and support competitor analysis to identify differentiators and positioning
- ** Product Launch Management**, develop and project manage product launch plans and manage marketing activities for launches and events
- ** Marketing Asset Creation**, oversee the development of brochures, packaging concepts, and visual assets, manage product photography, video, imagery and copy for use across digital and print platforms

**About you**:

- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A highly driven and dynamic individual with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in deploying digital marketing campaigns
- Strong Adobe CC skillset including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

To ensure you shine in this role, you will have substantial work experience in Marketing Communications. A background in graphic design will be also held in high regard, as will experience working in an agency or corporate environment. Your ability to write quality content for a range of marketing collateral together with your strong creative flair are essential, as is your tertiary qualification in Marketing.
