**About the role**

As a Product Solutions Specialist for Origin Zero, you will support Client Relationship Executives (CRE) in selling non-commodity products through partnering on customer calls, direct engagement with customers and upskilling and education. Reporting to the Portfolio Leader, you will identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans with the other Product Development Specialists to grow Origin Zero and ensure all sales practices meet industry regulatory requirements and Origin’s internal policies. We are looking for a customer focused and analytical business development specialist who takes pride in delivering innovative energy solutions for their customers.

**Duties**
- Develop the team to work with the segmentation of their customer base to identify opportunities for non-commodity sales and lead generation.
- Grow Origin Zero by partnering with Business Customers to support the shift to more tailored and flexible energy solutions
- Identify and develop strategies for cross channel integration with other third parties, internal sales and service channels
- Weekly reporting on sales performance, focus and initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar Business Development or Direct Sales role ideally in complex B2B environment
- Proven understanding of commercial energy solutions (e.g. Solar, Flexibility Services, Storage and Electric Vehicle)
- Ability to coach and lead complex sales conversations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting sales teams
