**Company Overview**

Inherit a Digital Design & Product desk that has all the hallmarks to bill over $1M in the next 12 months. Due to a senior recruiter moving overseas, this is a significant desk to inherit that has consistently billed between $700-900k in annual billings.

This represents one of the best Design and Product roles in the Sydney market currently with:

- An established PSA client base inc. ING, TAL, Vodafone, Qantas etc
- 6-8 current roles across this desk at any given time
- Earn commission on every you bill - no threshold, paid monthly, up to 40%. One of the top comms schemes we work with
- Run a dual desk across both Design (UI/UX) and Product
- Work with both an onshore and offshore delivery team

There is a real opportunity here to lead the Digital Design & Product space in a Head of / Practice Lead position on behalf of an award winning, boutique digital tech firm.

**Salary**:up to $130,000+ Super + Comms

**What are we looking for?**
- An experienced agency recruiter with a solid background recruiting either Digital Design or Product hires. You must have recent agency experience to be eligible for this role.
- A proven ability to build on existing business, as well as win and develop your own work
- A passion for the UX/UI or Product world
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, high performing, social team
