**As a Recruitment Consultant for PERSOLKELLY what can we offer you?**

**The Roles**

Due to business growth in our Sydney and Sydney West offices, we are looking to expand our Professional Services and Accounts and Finance Teams.

We are always keen to talk to great Recruiters and our current vacancies include:

- **2 x Professional Services Consultants**:

- **2 x Accounts and Finance Consultants**

Reporting to Professional Services Business Manager, you will join a team of around 20 Consultants who enjoy a fun and supportive environment where everyone is valued and recognised for their hard work.

**What you will be doing**:

- Meeting with clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**About you**:
To be successful in recruitment you must be driven by success. As a natural networker you will also need to be a confident, determined person and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience within a Recruitment Environment would be highly regarded and/or;
- Minimum of 2-3 years within a professional B2B Sales or Business Development role
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
- Resilient and persistent
- Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
