We are fortunate to have an established and reputable brand that has been operating in the marketplace for several years. Through the client relationships we have forged with some major organizations across Australia, we have an ongoing demand for our services and are constantly looking to expand our team.
Duties
- Gather leads through networking, referrals, and research
- Canvas prospective clients and market the company’s services.
- Arrange meetings with clients in order to promote TW Recruitments services through onsite presentations.
- Through marketing and visits build up a substantial database of clients and constantly review/add to the list.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to negotiate and influence people.
- Persevere in overcoming obstacles and completing tasks of high quality.
- A desire to achieve goals and targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in recruitment
- Attention to detail and an ability to manage the expectations of different parties in the recruitment process are key to this role.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
