**The Role**
As an APS 5 Project Support Officer in the Information Assurance Systems Program Office (IA SPO) you will undertake procedural, operational, administrative and project support work within an integrated workforce. As part of the SPO Business Management Unit, you will operate under limited direction and be required to exercise sound judgement, have a keen attention to detail, the ability to review and adjust priorities to meet business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Engagement with industry partners and stakeholders on complex procurement and contract management activities.
- Facilitate administrative and coordination requirements, engage and coordinate resources, meet governance and reporting requirements; and support business planning and related activities.
- Interact with a variety of stakeholders and business areas within Defence.
- Information Records Management, Security Officer, Work Health and Safety Officer.
**About our Team**
The Information Assurance Systems Program Office (IA SPO) is part of the Joint Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems Branch (Joint C4S) within the Joint Systems Division (JSD) of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). IASPO has responsibility for major and minor High Assurance Cryptographic Equipment (HACE) acquisition projects and in service sustainment of HACE fleet and supporting systems.
