The role As the Principal Workforce Planning Officer, you will contribute to supporting state-wide operational and strategic workforce planning tools including the WorkMAPP workforce planning software. The WM program aims to provide a unified, effective, and efficient workforce management and planning tool, supported by a consistent workforce planning methodology across Queensland Health (QH). Key responsibilities include:
**The successful personYou will have**: - Demonstrated experience in using QH state-wide operational and strategic workforce or planning tools including WorkMAPP, DSS Panorama, Budget Planning Tool (BPT) and SAP Establishment. Demonstrated ability to research, analyse and interpret workforce data using a range of reporting or analytical methods and tools such as MS excel. Demonstrated ability to liaise and engage with a range of department of health and hospital and health service stakeholders across varied levels and positions. Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of health workforce, finance and establishment planning.
