**Key Responsibilities include**:

- This unique role will allow you to grow your experience within our buy Sydney Common Bar
- Own the operation of the bar, with the support from the Food and Beverage Manager
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution
- Provide ongoing training and continual departmental improvement
- Take ownership of and offer problem solving initiatives ensuring both the Guest’s and Hotel/Departments interests are met.

**About You**:

- Thorough understanding of classic cocktails and bar operations
- Ability to be creative on the menu
- Passion to build, lead and mentor a team that is second to none
- 2-3 years minimum leadership experience in a five star hotel or high end cocktail bar
- Excellent time management, managerial and organisational skills
- Full working rights in Australia and NSW RSA
