As our Assistant Bar Manager, you will be essential to the daily operations, guiding a skilled team to maintain our bar as a top destination. You'll have the chance to create exceptional cocktails, engage with our esteemed guests, and express your creativity in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.

**You’ll Shine If You Have**:

- **Professional Bartender**: A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-end bar or restaurant, showcasing your expertise in premium service.
- **Spirits and Cocktail Knowledge**: A deep understanding of spirits and classic cocktails is essential. You should be able to craft and innovate drinks that align with our brand.
- **Customer Relations Focus**: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be the face of our bar, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- **Team Leadership**: A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team, driving them to deliver consistent quality and service excellence.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to operations, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards.
