The Role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to work closely alongside our Bar Manager in to drive the bar programme at Woodcut. To thrive in this role you will be well-organised and capable of building and leading a bar team. A positive and collaborative approach is essential.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a premium bar venue.
  • Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, high volume service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor a team.
  • A passion for the drinks business and excellent product knowledge.
  • The creativity to help develop the drinks offering and to contribute to the evolution of Woodcut.
  • Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a high-end environment.
  • Excellent guest interaction.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
  • Well organised with experience in back of house tasks: rostering, stock taking, POS programming etc.
