**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Host in a premium/hatted setting
- Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
- Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
