Recruiting, List and Pathways Coordinator

Actively contribute to the success of the Club by supporting the List and Recruiting teams through high-level admin and compliance.

Essendon FC - “The Bombers” - are a professional sporting team in the Australian Football League. As home to 5 sporting teams, we run our AFL men’s and women’s programs, VFL women’s and men’s programs, and a wheelchair football team. But we’re more than the game. **About the role**

You will primarily focus on Total Player Payments (TPP), contract co-ordination, TPP compliance management and James Hird Academy (JHA) program management.

The role provides support across the AFL Men’s Program, AFLW Program and Pathways Programs where you will be specifically accountable for, but not limited to,:

- List and Recruiting Compliance Coordination
- Managing all compliance documentation in line with deadlines
- Supporting contract administration including ensuring execution and lodgement of contracts
- Program Support for JHA
- Maintaining recruiting calendar with all events/trainings/games/camps
- Coordinate key recruiting information to the AFL across the year.
- Book all recruiting travel
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Work closely, and liaise, with with EFC People across the business

Please note the full time equivalent remuneration package is $60,000 - 65,000 depending on relevant experience.

**About you**

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment. You have the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel (ability to work with multiple worksheets, use advanced techniques for analysing and manipulating data [eg: VLOOKUP, IF etc]);
- Experience with online data management platforms and ability to learn new software systems quickly;
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention and a high level of data entry accuracy;
- Demonstrated ability to deal responsibly and appropriately with confidential information
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes;
- Permanent residency in Australia, or appropriate visa to work permanently
