One Tree Community Services is a national not-for-profit organisation. Our purpose is to

Initially we are offering a two year contract to deliver on a specific project (or two).

If you are a personable, determined, organised individual with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ we have an amazing product that we are looking for someone to take to the next level.

By taking our product to the next level you will not only be making a difference for the people that rely on our services but potentially the sector we work in.

Additional to the salary you will receive:

- Vehicle, mobile telephone and laptop (including reasonable personal use).
- Up to six weeks paid leave (including four weeks annual leave).
- Ability to work from home three days a week (with two days in the office).
- Opportunity to make a difference.
- Opportunity for some state and interstate travel (as required).

You will need:

- Willingness to work in accordance with our spirit, purpose, values and code of ethics.
- Success as an entrepreneur or in a hands on business development role.
- Excellent financial acumen including financial forecasting and modelling.
- Able to write business documents at the required level.
- Proven sales skills.
- Able to develop and deliver a marketing strategy.
- Ability to build successful outcome focussed relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and/or online business (preferred).
- Understanding of the not-for-profit sector (preferred).
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
