One Tree Community Services is a national not-for-profit organisation. Our purpose is to
- ‘Transform challenges into possibilities with people and communities’_.

We take on the more difficult projects like supporting children who experience third world living conditions in remote communities.

One of the biggest challenges is workforce shortages. It’s impacting the safety and security of children in early education and care services. One Tree is committed to taking on the challenge.

Initially we are offering a 2 year contract to deliver a unique online product. We’ve built an online community of over 21,000 educators, and we now want to do the same for service providers.

If you are a personable, determined, organised individual with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ you’re going to love this role.

By taking our product to the next level you will not only be making a difference for the people that rely on our services but potentially the sector we work in.

You will need:

- Willingness to work in accordance with our spirit, purpose, values and code of ethics.
- Five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Success delivering an online (similar) strategy.
- The ability to create and repurpose content for a website and to attract educators and employers.
- To monitor performance and address issues in online platforms.
- Create new pages, facilities and add-ons.
- Ability to deliver and develop online marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of the early education and care sector (preferred).
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and/or online business (preferred).
- Understanding of the not-for-profit sector (preferred).
- Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
