**About the Role**:
As our Communications and Events Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the voice of our organisation and driving meaningful engagement with our community. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various mediums including written, video, and imagery. Your creative ability will drive the creation, management, and promotion of marketing, communication, and event materials, well as the planning, implementation and coordination of customer events, to support Enhanced Lifestyles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, blog posts and social media content.
- Strategically promote communications and marketing materials across diverse social channels.
- Analyse and track campaign analytics, providing insightful reports on successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all communications and marketing material adhere to brand standards, maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement effective communications strategies and campaigns.
- Support the organisation in managing media inquiries and developing timely responses.
- Ensure the website remains current and accurate by regularly updating content, including information, links, brochures, and blog posts.
- Assist in developing the annual customer events calendar.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate customer and staff events.
- Create and implement promotional materials and strategies to generate participation and engagement in events for both customers and employees.

**About You**:
Are you an engaging and innovative communicator with experience in event coordination? We're looking for someone who:

- Possesses experience with a range of platforms including WordPress, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
- Thrives on engaging with customers and staff through various communication platforms end events.
- Demonstrates initiative and a passion for driving meaningful engagement.
- Embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions to communication needs.
- Has experience in event coordination.
