**About the Role**

**Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- ** Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs**:

- ** Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services**:

- ** Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders**:

- ** Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements**:

- ** Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards**:

- ** Promoting a positive image of the company at all times**:

- ** Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies**

**About You**

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- ** Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area**:

- ** Strong written and verbal communication skills**:
