We are currently seeking a suitably experienced, well-presented and self-motivated Sales Representative who is looking to advance their career and values strong customer service. This primarily road-based position will require a high level of autonomy and responsibility for growing existing accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The company has an enviable reputation within the welding and fabrication industry as a supplier of exceptional consumable products and hire equipment. With a broad range of quality products and excellent customer service, this business has seen exceptional growth and continues to exceed its customer's expectations.

Due to this ongoing growth of the business, they are now seeking to expand the sales team. With excellent longstanding relationships, this diverse role will require a level of key account management, as well as actively approaching new potential clients. With ongoing training and sales support provided, you will be welcomed by a highly knowledgeable team with a fantastic culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Increase Perth metro market share
- Management and expansion of existing clients
- Onsite visits and face-to-face sales.
- Identify key decisions makers
- Prospecting new clients and market research
- Cross-pollinate with sales managers and senior management to identify new opportunities, projects and services
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, expos and new distribution channels
- Maintain and grow company database and input into CRM system
- Management and sales reporting
- Utilise knowledge of the market and competitors to develop unique sales propositions and negotiations

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be provided full training, whilst receiving strong support, marketing and communication as well as being given the opportunity to progress within the company.

To be successful in this role you would have a proven track record in business development and enjoy approaching new potential clients. You will enjoy taking ownership of your duties and be highly self-motivated to ensure the ongoing success of the business.

You must be well-presented, self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be driven. Exposure and relationships within welding or fabrication sectors would be highly advantageous but not essential. An attractive salary package is on offer along with a company vehicle, commission structure and sales tools.
