We are looking for the right person to assist the Director Brendan in sales coordination, recruitment & logistics.

**Key Tasks in this role**:

- Recruitment of contractors
- Venue planning and administration of bookings
- Document filing, sorting and general upkeep
- Stock take of equipment and merchandise
- Data entry of sales performance per agent and reporting
- Bookkeeping assistance
- Updating and expanding our sales library
- Upkeep and management of social media posts
- Organising of events internally and for clients

This is a part time, 2 1/2 days per week role to begin with. Growing to full time within the first 3 months. You would be working out of our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office and having a drivers license and own vehicle is important - you won't be required to drive much in this role but there may be collections from postal/drop offs to sales teams on the field required every now and then.

**Responsibilities**
- Confident individuals who are comfortable working in a team environment.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential, just a positive attitude with energy & enthusiasm, we'll teach you the rest
- Available to start within the next week
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
