The Finance Officer will play a key role in Artisan's Finance team and wider business, responsible for bank reconciliations, AP invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and payments.

You will be joining Vita Group at an exciting time, as we direct our effort and expertise to focus on the growth of our own brand, Artisan Aesthetic Clinics.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare cash and bank-related general ledger account reconciliations appropriately and accurately
- Calculate, resolve and process banking variances and customer refunds precisely and in a timely manner
- Prepare a weekly outstanding cash report and any other reports as directed
- Assist Finance Manager with regular reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts
- Administration of banking stationery supplies
- Participate in special projects and other ad hoc activities as required including paperwork and filing
- Accurately process, pay and issue remittances on all approved supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain supplier accounts and ensure that all supplier details including payment terms are up to date
- Review general ledger coding on invoices to ensure correct allocation of expenses and manage internal expense claim as well as petty cash reimbursements
- Prepare regular supplier payment proposal and supplier statement reconciliations

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, preferably from a high-volume environment. Experience with Electronic Data Interchange will be highly regarded as will data processing procedures and knowledge of software platforms such as Dynamics 365.
