**Role: Social Media Coordinator**

**Location: North Sydney**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Monitor social media trends, news and emerging technologies and share relevant insights with the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage social media campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate social media performance, produce reports and recommend improvements.
- Respond to social media comments, inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
- Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content.
- Maintain and update social media guidelines for employees and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management for a brand or company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing and web development is a plus.
- Knowledge of environmental issues and passion for sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
