Our client is a family-owned Australian fashion brand who are focused on sustainability and innovative ways to created considered fashion, with a unique modern edge. They are seeking an highly organised logistics coordinator who excels in process-oriented and fast-paced environments.
**Role summary**:
You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of all customer orders (inclusive of online and wholesale orders). You will continually implement best practices in inventory management, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and on time delivery for customers.
**Role responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Accepting all warehouse deliveries.
- Receipting all deliveries into the inventory management system and allocating stock to correct wholesalers and e-store warehouse ahead of product launches.
- Daily online order processing - high attention to detail is required.
- Manage the online return process.
- Picking and packing customer orders, including wholesale orders.
- Booking couriers
- Creating a strong relationship with external manufacturers
- Accountable for maintaining a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Responsible for continuously improving existing processes, enhancing product quality, and identifying cost-saving opportunities whenever feasible.
- Managing frequent stock counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
**Skills required**:
- 2+ years in relevant supply chain coordination, inventory management and logistics experience.
- Previous experience in retail & fashion industry
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
- High level of attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to identify and rectify errors.
- Strong excel sills
- Excellent time management and highly organised
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments both autonomously and as part of a team.
