**About the Position**

Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are searching for a dynamic leader to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with WG's management systems and MRPV's specifications.

This full-time, onsite role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive project success. **Civil Industry Experience Required**

Proven experience in construction management, preferably within MRPV projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, site coordination, and resource management.

Demonstrated ability to manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and construction activities.

Experience in interpreting technical drawings, project specifications, and tender documentation.

Proficiency in document control systems such as Team Binder.

Familiarity with Head Contract obligations, cost tracking, and reporting requirements.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Lead and manage onsite construction teams, ensuring smooth coordination and project execution.

Plan, organise, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines. Maintain strict document control, reporting, and compliance measures.

Review technical drawings, project specifications, and tenders to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Ensure adherence to workplace safety, PPE compliance, and environmental regulations.

Participate in budget forecasting, procurement, and supplier negotiations.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Current Australian Driver's Licence & Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Pre-employment medical check, drug & alcohol test, police check, and VicRoads full driving history report.

Completed safety inductions.
