Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with proven expertise in basement and substructure construction. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet our rigorous standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate and manage site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee excavation, waterproofing, and structural works for basement projects.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to project management.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Solve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction supervision.
  • Proven experience with basement or substructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and construction safety certifications preferred.
