The Dispatch Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch with a specific focus on functions, quality control and customer returns. They ensure such activities are performed safely, accurately and in accordance with customer, company, and work health and safety requirements. The Dispatch Operations Officer ensures optimum productivity and performance of the wider team through an efficient, process-driven approach and upholds the _by charlotte_ spirit and brand values in all that they do.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Support dispatching function including but not limited to order and label processes, replenishments, roster support, stocktake and packing.
- Storeroom support
- control all inventory items in and outbound of the storeroom including but not limited to product, product care card cutting, packaging and miscellaneous items.
- Monitor and support effective communication between customer care, dispatchers and other staff across all areas of the business.
- Leading by example ensuring all Work Health Safety (WHS) standards are the highest priority across the warehouse office.
- Ensure all team members are following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide Customer Care and warehouse team with cross-functional support.
- Facilitate and manage the repair and maintenance of customer returns.
- Provide premium customer service follow-up to all incoming matters.
- Update and manage online tracker tools and tickets.
- Escalate issues as soon as they are identified so that the customer service experience does not wavier at any point.
- Act as the liaison between the business and customers for product information and quality control.
- Thoroughly conduct QC on all products allocated in a timely manner.
- Assist in the handover of completed Quality Control deliveries to the warehouse team.
- Assist with stock take when required.
