Our client is a specialised commercial / industrial property group with outstanding reach across South Sydney and into the thriving Western Suburbs. **Duties**

Working in a vibrant and dedicated team, with the support of an Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Overall management of industrial and commercial properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant
- Prepare all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties, including management tenancy agreements, inspection reports (both outgoing and incoming), and the preparation and lodgement of bond documents
- Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections, and property maintenance & repairs
- Coordinate Interpret and understand Commercial Leases to action Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Undertake research on current market rates to manage rent reviews and increases
- Manage tenant vacates and the make-good process
- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Insurances are in place
- Devise innovative strategies to obtain an increase in net management revenue (including gaining new business)
- End of month procedures for the portfolio (can be trained)

**Specific requirements**
- Proven commercial or residential property portfolio management experience
- A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in Commercial / Asset Management
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate
- Drivers license and car
