**The Company**:

Our client has been operating for 30+ years and is looking for a new member to join their Property Management team If you speak Mandarin or Greek you have an advantage in the hiring process, however it is not essential and we encourage all experienced Property Managers & Property Officers to get in touch.

**Duties**

Supported by a Property Officer and also an offshore PA, this role will see you responsible for:

- Day to day management of 300 local properties (mainly apartments)
- Maintaining properties and arranging repairs
- Renovations to maximise rental returns
- Minimising arrears and issuing notices where required
- Rent reviews and increases
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords - Mediation and Tribunal if required

**Specific requirements**
- Certificate of Registration
- Property management experience
- Can do attitude
- Chinese language skills / or Greek would be ideal
